Client Relations Assistant | Claremont, WA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil incoming orders
  • Respond to and resolve customer service enquiries via email, inclusive of facilitating exchanges and returns
  • Liaise with Production to ensure made-to-order pieces are produced and dispatched on time
  • Ensure incoming stock and design samples are organised and aligned with brand standards
  • Develop strategies to ensure continued improvement of customer experience through correspondence, packaging development and loyalty activations.

This position will initially offer 12-20 hours per week as a casual role. If desired, there is opportunity to extend these hours for the right candidate. Immediate start preferred.

 

Seasonal Production and Pattern Making Assistant | Claremont, WA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make amendments to existing patterns as required to support design feedback
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to produce and annotate trade drawings
  • Create and maintain tech packs in Excel
  • Cut and sew sample garments
  • Support communication of feedback to suppliers across sampling and bulk production
  • Ensure incoming stock and design samples are organised and aligned with brand standards

This is a seasonal role to support our design team through to mid-August. Hours and term are on a casual basis with flexibility for the right candidate. Immediate start preferred.

 

Brand and Operations Assistant (All-Rounder) | Claremont, WA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Creative Director on daily operational tasks
  • Strategise and assist with the development and distribution of content across social media channels and EDMS
  • Provide assistance with ecommerce operations through Shopify 
  • Support client engagement and PR initiatives 

This position will initially offer 16-20 hours per week as a casual role. If desired, there is opportunity to extend these hours for the right candidate. Immediate start preferred.
